1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Olive Cafe & Bakery website and services. By visiting our premises or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders placed online via third-party platforms (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat) are subject to their respective terms and conditions. For in-venue dining, payment is accepted by cash and major credit/debit cards. Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
3. Reservations
Table reservations are accepted by telephone for weekdays. We do not currently offer online reservations. Reservations for private events are subject to a separate event agreement and may require a deposit.
4. Private Events
Enquiries submitted via our Private Events form are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, photographs, logos, and design is the property of The Olive Cafe & Bakery and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Olive Cafe & Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
